This website is here to educate and inform students about the history of food from three different perspectives. It begins with the history of fast food, tracing backwards to the history of food dispersed by the Americas, and then finished with the history of bread. This journey is meant to take you on a ride through history and meant to educate about the different food histories out there (its not all about the French!). There are many different media types available on this site, from videos to images to texts. The different forms of media are meant to enrich and to deepen the readers knowledge of the histories, by providing different ways to experience each topic. From Max Libera (Fast Food History), Vivian Lee (Food from the Americas), and Gabe Atkinson (History of Bread) we welcome you to this site and hope you learn something!
